Hello! We are CatsPaperSissors and we specialize in handmade crafts and art. We are always trying out new things - when we find something that works we show it off here.

Our Booth
Our booth is a custom made modular table that we have reupholstered - it works great for indoor and outdoor events. We have a wide variety of goods ranging from paper crafts and prints to polymer clay arts. Offering everything from whimsical clothing to custom jewelry, we have much to offer to any event.
Paper Crafts
In many ways I consider paper crafts to be a corner stone of my art - I have been making paper crafts for children for many years now as a daycare teacher and I am always coming up with new ideas.
Bugs
I have always been obsessed with bugs ever since I was a child and now as an adult I often teach children about bugs. Making art of them out of paper was just the natural next step. As a bonus I get to recycle a lot of paper scraps from the daycare's craft projects rather then just throwing them out.
Shadow Boxes
This is a relatively new project of mine, but shadowboxes offer a refined and dimensional aspect to my paper crafts. We have a ever growing range of designs; from popular media to colorful scenes.
Linocut Prints
People really seem to gravitate towards the homemade hand printed nature of linocut prints - originally we used them as a way to stamp clothing, and while they still serve that purpose, we have found they are quite versatile. This includes the tiger stamp we use for our branding for our bags and packaging.
Wire Trees
I have been making these wire trees for a little over a decade and like to think I've perfected my own style with them. Each is unique and made with care. They are made with jewelry wire and glass beads - sometimes with the additions of semi precious stones. I like to set them on to stones for stability and affix the stones into a cloche - this adds to the tiny fantasy nature of them while keeping them from becoming a dust nightmare.
Polymer Clay "Little Guys"
We make a variety of handmade creatures out of Polymer clay - often holding a little glass bottle of semi precious stones (and occasionally sparkles.) Each is hand sculpted and hand painted with acrylics. They make for great gifts and tiny desk pets.
Polymer Clay Earrings
Our polymer clay earrings - just like our creatures are all made by hand. In the interest of comfort we use hypoallergenic earring backers - they are relatively light weight and in our opinion - whimsical.
Prints, Stickers & Extras
These are just additional things we tend to sell at the booth. I usually make a 5 dollar coloring book for specific events. We also have stickers, prints, posters, etc. I will also often do fun little commissions like sticky note commissions or advertise for digital art and badge commissions.
